Je dobr\u00e9 v\u011bd\u011bt, jak \u010dast\u00e1&nbsp;frekvence&nbsp;pom\u00e1h\u00e1, aby tr\u00e9ma byla men\u0161\u00ed. T\u0159eba pokud bych j\u00e1 m\u011bla m\u00edt tr\u00e9mu pod kontrolou, mus\u00edm m\u00edt minim\u00e1ln\u011b jednou do&nbsp;m\u011bs\u00edce alespo\u0148 jeden s\u00f3lov\u00fd koncert a&nbsp;jeden sborov\u00fd. A&nbsp;pokud bych zp\u00edvala v&nbsp;acapelle, tak samoz\u0159ejm\u011b jeden acapellov\u00fd. Na&nbsp;v\u011bt\u0161inu lid\u00ed funguje dob\u0159e i&nbsp;frekvence 1x za&nbsp;2-3 m\u011bs\u00edce. Pokud se prot\u00e1hne frekvence jednou za&nbsp;p\u016fl roku, nem\u00edv\u00e1 to efekt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CO SE D\u011aJE?<\/strong>&nbsp;Dob\u0159e \u2013 tr\u00e9ma u\u017e je tady, te\u010f je dobr\u00e9 pojmenovat, co se mi d\u011bje a&nbsp;uv\u011bdomit si, \u017ee&nbsp;je to v&nbsp;po\u0159\u00e1dku. V&nbsp;mnoha situac\u00edch, kdy m\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bk tr\u00e9mu to m\u016f\u017ee i&nbsp;ve\u0159ejn\u011b p\u0159iznat a&nbsp;vlastn\u011b se t\u00edm s&nbsp;publikem sbl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed a&nbsp;tr\u00e9mistovi ulev\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u0158EDSTAVY:<\/strong>&nbsp;M\u011b hodn\u011b funguje, kdy\u017e si dobu p\u0159ed vystoupen\u00edm p\u0159edstavuju, jak to dopadne \u00fapln\u011b skv\u011ble. Je na&nbsp;to dobr\u00e9 zn\u00e1t m\u00edsto vystoupen\u00ed, abych si mohla p\u0159edstavit ten pohled do&nbsp;lid\u00ed, kter\u00fd ze sv\u00e9ho m\u00edsta budu m\u00edt. P\u0159ed velk\u00fdm vystoupen\u00edm se sna\u017e\u00edm na&nbsp;n\u011bj T\u011a\u0160IT! M\u016f\u017eete si tak\u00e9 zkusit vybavit pocit, kdy se na&nbsp;n\u011bco t\u011b\u0161\u00edte (na setk\u00e1n\u00ed, na&nbsp;j\u00eddlo :-)) a&nbsp;zkusit p\u0159en\u00e9st pocit i&nbsp;na tr\u00e9movou situaci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>KONTROLA M\u00cdSTA:<\/strong>&nbsp;P\u0159ed samotn\u00fdm vystoupen\u00edm je dobr\u00e9 prov\u00e9zt kontrolu, \u017ee je v\u0161e na&nbsp;sv\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b, zvuk funguje a&nbsp;podobn\u011b. A&nbsp;pokud to nejde, tak si jen na&nbsp;m\u00edsto vystoupen\u00ed vl\u00e9zt a&nbsp;rozhl\u00e9dnout se kolem. Kde chcete st\u00e1t? V&nbsp;jak\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b podia? M\u00e1te mo\u017enost to ovlivnit? J\u00e1 t\u0159eba pot\u0159ebuji st\u00e1t pobl\u00ed\u017e piana, abych dob\u0159e sly\u0161ela a&nbsp;r\u00e1da vid\u00edm do&nbsp;lid\u00ed, tedy pros\u00edm sv\u011btla alespo\u0148 malinko rozsv\u00edcen\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>T\u011aLO:<\/strong>&nbsp;V&nbsp;z\u00e1kulis\u00ed \u2013 pokud tu mo\u017enost m\u00e1m \u2013 ud\u011bl\u00e1m n\u011bkolik dechov\u00fdch cvi\u010den\u00ed. Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 mi d\u00fdchat ve d\u0159epu, abych c\u00edtila l\u00e9pe n\u00e1dech i&nbsp;v&nbsp;z\u00e1dech. D\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed s&nbsp;rukama do&nbsp;sv\u00edcnu zase pom\u00e1h\u00e1 k&nbsp;uvoln\u011bn\u00ed solaru, kter\u00fd se v&nbsp;tr\u00e9m\u011b \u010dasto st\u00e1hne. Je dobr\u00e9 d\u011blat uzem\u0148ovac\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed, nebo zakrou\u017eit p\u00e1nv\u00ed. Tak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee fungovat vyt\u0159\u00e1s\u00e1n\u00ed stresu poskoky, nebo v&nbsp;sed\u011b, jako kdy\u017e sed\u00edte na&nbsp;star\u00e9 \u017ed\u00edma\u010dce. P\u0159ed samotn\u00fdm vystoupen\u00edm je dobr\u00e9 na&nbsp;n\u011bkolik minut zaujmout velmi sebev\u011bdomou pozici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LIDSK\u00dd DOPING:<\/strong>&nbsp;Je skv\u011bl\u00e9, naj\u00edt si v&nbsp;publiku n\u011bkoho, kdo reaguje, kdo se usm\u00edv\u00e1. (Pravideln\u00e9 zkou\u0161ky zp\u011bvu na&nbsp;konzervato\u0159i b\u00fdvaly peklo. U\u010ditel\u00e9 b\u00fdvali unaven\u00ed, pohledy skeln\u00e9. Jednou se moje profesorka tak mra\u010dila, \u017ee jsem m\u011bla dojem, \u017ee nemohu dostat l\u00edp, ne\u017e za&nbsp;4. Pak mi \u0159ekla, \u017ee ten \u0161anson se mnou d\u011bsn\u011b pro\u017e\u00edvala\u2026) pokud nev\u00edte, \u017ee tam n\u011bjak\u00fd usm\u011bv\u00e1\u010dek bude, pozv\u011bte si ho s&nbsp;sebou a&nbsp;v\u00edte, kam kouknout. Pokud se publika boj\u00edte moc, je dobr\u00e9 koukat t\u011bsn\u011b nad hlavy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CHEMICK\u00dd DOPING:<\/strong>&nbsp;N\u011bkter\u00fdm lidem hodn\u011b pom\u00e1h\u00e1 Guajacuran. Je k&nbsp;dost\u00e1n\u00ed voln\u011b v&nbsp;l\u00e9k\u00e1rn\u011b a&nbsp;je to pro d\u011bti od \u0161esti let. Daj\u00ed se pou\u017e\u00edt i&nbsp;jin\u00e9 byliny, t\u0159eba kozl\u00edk. Alkohol ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00ed nen\u00ed dobr\u00fd par\u0165\u00e1k. Kolikr\u00e1t se muzikanti kapele omlouvali, \u017ee ty dv\u011b piva bylo moc\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>N\u00c1SLEDKY:<\/strong>&nbsp;Je dobr\u00e9 si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee p\u0159i nepoveden\u00e9m vystoupen\u00ed se nezm\u011bn\u00ed sm\u011br ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed zem\u011b! Jo a&nbsp;taky si lid\u00e9 pamatuj\u00ed podstatn\u011b l\u00e9pe poveden\u00e9 koncerty, ne\u017e ty nepoveden\u00e9, tak\u017ee pohoda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>N\u00c1STUP:<\/strong>&nbsp;Je prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 si po\u010dkat na&nbsp;pozornost publika, pod\u00edvat se na&nbsp;publikum a&nbsp;usm\u00e1t se \u2013 pokud nepl\u00e1nujete dramatick\u00fd v\u00fdstup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u00ddSTUP:<\/strong>&nbsp;Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 p\u0159ijmout potlesk s&nbsp;vd\u011b\u010dnost\u00ed a&nbsp;uklonit se. Nep\u0159ijat\u00e9 ocen\u011bn\u00ed dok\u00e1\u017ee zazd\u00edt i&nbsp;\u00fapln\u011b skv\u011bl\u00fd v\u00fdkon. Tak se p\u0159i tom potlesku pochvalte v&nbsp;duchu i&nbsp;sami \u2013&nbsp; za&nbsp;cokoliv, co se povedlo, i&nbsp;za to, \u017ee jste vystoupili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CHYBA:<\/strong>&nbsp;Chyba je v\u00fdzva, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1s u\u010d\u00ed a&nbsp;posouv\u00e1. Je skv\u011bl\u00e9 nau\u010dit se na&nbsp;chybu zareagovat rychle, zm\u011bnit sm\u011br, za\u010d\u00edt znovu \u2013 cokoliv. J\u00e1 t\u0159eba d\u011bl\u00e1m chyby tak, \u017ee zam\u011b\u0148uji slova v&nbsp;textu. (A v&nbsp;posteli m\u00e1m drobky&nbsp; \u2013 a&nbsp;v posteli m\u00e1m bobky\u2026). Dlouho p\u0159edem jsem si p\u0159edstavovala celou akci v&nbsp;t\u011bch nejlep\u0161\u00edch barv\u00e1ch. Na&nbsp;spole\u010dn\u00e9m zp\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed jsem s&nbsp;\u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky d\u011blala pro m\u011b velmi dojemnou v\u011bc. Nakonec jsem m\u011bla tr\u00e9mu a\u017e ten den r\u00e1no \u2013 do&nbsp;za\u010d\u00e1tku festivalu. Pak u\u017e \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed tr\u00e9ma nebyla, a\u010d jsem ud\u011blala n\u011bkolik chyb.
