Jak s t\u00edm pracovat p\u0159i zp\u011bvu, na to se n\u00e1zory li\u0161\u00ed. Aby se ten pohyb mohl d\u00edt tak, jak jej na\u0161e t\u011blo p\u0159irozen\u011b um\u00ed, mus\u00edme alespo\u0148 \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b povolit b\u0159icho p\u0159i n\u00e1dechu. To je ale \u010dasto t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 pro toho, kdo p\u0159ijde poprv\u00e9 na hlasovou terapii nebo hodinu zp\u011bvu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zde je kr\u00e1sn\u00e1 animace s pohybem br\u00e1nice. Vyzkou\u0161ejte si srovnat t\u011blo podle pan\u00ed tren\u00e9rky a pozorujte, jak se v\u00e1m d\u00fdch\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vizu\u00e1ln\u011b se mi prota\u017een\u00e9 no\u017ei\u010dky a ladn\u00fd pohyb t\u011bla v\u017edy moc l\u00edbil, ale tohle nelze pova\u017eovat za spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla. V\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee estetick\u00fdm m\u011b\u0159\u00edtk\u016fm toho dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla odpov\u00edd\u00e1, ale zdravotn\u00edm \u00fapln\u011b ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poprosila jsem o vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed Mudr. Annu Gojdovou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Propnut\u00e9 koleno vede k maxim\u00e1ln\u00edmu nap\u011bt\u00ed vazivov\u00fdch struktur, prota\u017een\u00ed a zv\u011bt\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed rozsahu v kloubu. Ke spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 funkci kolene a v n\u00e1vaznosti na to i ky\u010dle a p\u00e1te\u0159e je naopak pot\u0159eba, aby byly klouby v neutr\u00e1ln\u00edm, centrovan\u00e9m postaven\u00ed a okoln\u00ed svaly v rovnov\u00e1ze. Hyperxentenze (maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed propnut\u00ed) kolene nen\u00ed neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed ale extr\u00e9mn\u00ed postaven\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed individu\u00e1ln\u00ed pru\u017enosti vaziva. P\u0159i tom se kloub nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u011b zat\u011b\u017euje, doch\u00e1z\u00ed k po\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00ed samotn\u00e9ho kloubu i okoln\u00edch struktur, \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zran\u011bn\u00edm, opot\u0159ebov\u00e1n\u00ed, \u010dasn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed artr\u00f3ze. M\u00e1 tak\u00e9 vliv na celkov\u00e9 dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla, postaven\u00ed p\u00e1nve a rovnov\u00e1hu b\u0159i\u0161n\u00edch a z\u00e1dov\u00fdch sval\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Zatahov\u00e1n\u00ed b\u0159icha je z hlediska dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla tak\u00e9 velmi sporn\u00fd povel. B\u0159icho by spr\u00e1vn\u011b m\u011blo fungovat jako celek a kdy\u017e je pevn\u00e9 v cel\u00e9m obvodu, ve v\u0161ech svalov\u00fdch vrstv\u00e1ch, a funguje jako v\u00e1lec se dv\u011bma konci (svaly p\u00e1nevn\u00edho dna a br\u00e1nic\u00ed), tak nen\u00ed vypoukl\u00e9. Zatahov\u00e1n\u00ed b\u0159icha tedy vlastn\u011b vypojuje br\u00e1nici a br\u00e1ni souh\u0159e v\u0161ech vrstev b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed svaloviny. Rovn\u00e9 sklapova\u010dky zase posiluj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed svaly, kter\u00e9 dr\u017e\u00ed pevnou st\u011bnu zep\u0159edu, ale u\u017e ne uvnit\u0159 a po stran\u00e1ch (na jedn\u00e9 z gymnastek na videu m\u016f\u017eeme vid\u011bt odst\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed \u017eebra po stran\u00e1ch, b\u0159\u00ed\u0161ko je tedy zep\u0159edu kr\u00e1sn\u011b ploch\u00e9, ale nepln\u00ed svoj\u00ed funkci ke spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 stabilizaci trupu), co\u017e zase v dal\u0161\u00edm d\u016fsledku p\u0159et\u011b\u017euje p\u00e1te\u0159 a ky\u010dle. Dal\u0161\u00edm d\u016fsledkem tohoto tr\u00e9ninku je p\u0159edsunut\u00e9 dr\u017een\u00ed hlavy, zkr\u00e1ceni prsn\u00edch sval\u016f, p\u0159et\u011b\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161\u00edjov\u00e9ho svalstva atd., co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st nap\u0159. k bolestem hlavy a \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zran\u011bn\u00edm ramen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla ve videu tedy spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 moc nen\u00ed, je hezk\u00e9. I kdy\u017e to je ot\u00e1zkou vkusu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um\u00edte povolit b\u0159icho p\u0159i n\u00e1dechu?
